I assume it's an easy fix, do any of you have an idea of what could be going wrong here? I'm frankly unsure of what I'm missing here. Rebuilding both her Outlook and RDS profiles.Deleting all stored credentials in credentials manager.Tried logging into OWA from IE on her session, caching the password at login.Googling the issue, but no fix seems to stick.She is access both from the same domain, just different computers. What makes her scenario confusing is when she is using a local desktop she isn't prompted for this at all, however when she uses RDS to access her email she gets prompted every time she launches Outlook 2013 within the first 15 minutes of signing in. So here is the deal, we have a new hire who continually sends me email updates about being prompted for her password when she launches her Outlook 2013 client, which is connected to our Office 365 Business Essentials.
